Fokker E.V

Fokker E.V

Models of the classic fighter aeroplane from the very end of the First World War. Admittedly, Fokker E.V did not help the Kaiser Germany in winning the Great War, but he enrolled so beautifully at the beginning of Polish aviation. It was the first time that the white and red checkerboard was painted on it as the official sign of Polish aviation. Ltn Stefan Stec while flying Fokker E.V No. 001 won the first victory for the white-and-red in defence of the City of Lwów damaging Ukrainian Nieuport on 19 April 1919.
