New in store: Curtiss P-36C Hawk
The Curtiss P-36C Hawk has joined the Arma Hobby range — a rare American fighter from a transitional period which, despite being produced in small numbers, stands out thanks to its unusual armament and wide variety of marking options.
This is the only P-36 version featuring external wing-mounted ammunition boxes, making the model instantly eye-catching and clearly different from earlier Hawk variants. P-36C aircraft took part in camouflage demonstrations and trials (including the National Air Races in 1939), and were also used for intensive training, including interception exercises with the participation of James H. Doolittle’s unit.

The kit is available in three versions:
- Standard — ready to build straight from the box
- Extended — with 3D accessories highlighting the unique features of this variant (for a small additional cost)
- Extended — with an additional set of sprues (the decal sheet includes enough markings to build two complete models)
The model is available for pre-order, with release scheduled for early March 2026.
If you are looking for something a little less obvious, with an interesting backstory and eye-catching markings, the P-36C is a great opportunity.
