70088-T Jak-1b – clear sprue + masks
This is a limited upgrade set created for modellers who already have an earlier release of the Jak-1b kit and want to bring it up to the latest standard.
The set includes a new clear sprue, masks and the Arma Hobby Jig – a practical assembly stand that makes working on the model easier and safer.
What’s included?
- new clear sprue – allows you to build the canopy in either open or closed position
- masks for the new canopy – for faster and more precise painting
- Arma Hobby Jig – an assembly stand for positioning and stabilising the model
Why is it worth it?
Earlier releases of the Jak-1b kit included only the canopy in the closed position. This set lets you upgrade your older kit and build it in a more attractive version with the cockpit opened up.
Arma Hobby Jig helps keep the model properly aligned during assembly, especially when installing the landing gear. It stabilises the model while you work, helps maintain the correct geometry and can also be used to protect the finished model during transport.
Who is it for?
This set is ideal for modellers who already bought the Jak-1b in the past, still have one in the stash and want to take advantage of the improved canopy parts and useful extras without buying another full kit.
