New 1ManArmy Masks in Stock – Including Sea Hurricane Mk IIc (1/48)
A new delivery of 1ManArmy masks has just arrived. The key new item is a set designed for the 1/48 Sea Hurricane Mk IIc. At the same time, masks for the Hurricane Mk I (Arma Hobby 40015) are back in stock, along with several very useful generic RAF sets.

The new Sea Hurricane Mk IIc set is a complete masking set for painting all major markings:
- roundels, codes and serial numbers matched to the model,
- precisely designed for the Arma Hobby kit,
- a logical mask layout that makes step-by-step painting easier.

If you have already used the set for the Hurricane Mk I (40015), this will feel very familiar – just adapted to the naval version.
In practice, 1ManArmy masks are a different way of thinking about markings. Instead of applying decals, you simply paint them on – just like on the real aircraft. The difference is subtle, but once you try it, it is hard to go back to decals. There is no carrier film edge, everything sits naturally in the paintwork, and it all weathers together. On Hurricanes in particular, this really makes a difference.
They are not difficult to use. You place the mask, spray thin coats of paint, and peel it off – that is all. The key is to work calmly and build the colour up in light layers. The rest takes care of itself.
This delivery also includes generic sets – roundels, serial numbers and stencils – that can be used on many different 1/48 Hurricane models, not just one specific kit.
